Château de Ferrières.

Introduction

Ferrières was built by Baron James de Rothschild and designed in English Jacobean style by Joseph Paxton, the architect of the Crystal Palace in London and Mentmore Towers in Buckinghamshire.

Ferrières Castle is now owned by the Sorbonne University and houses the Musée de l'Imaginaire, a museum dedicated to fantastical art works.

Opening Hours & Admission

The castle and museum are temporarily closed until further notice.
