Here is a selection of Europe's best restaurants based on the combined ratings of the Michelin Red Guide, the Gault & Millau Guide (Gayot Guide in some countries), the Gambero Rosso Guide (Italy only) as well as the World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards. To qualify restaurants need two exceptional ratings, such as 3 Michelin stars, a score of at least 19/20 in Gault-Millau or Gayot (19.5/20 for France to avoid a too long listing), a score of minimum 90% in the Gambero Rosso Guide, or a listing in the World's Best 100 in the San Pellegrino ranking.
