Immigration What should Europeans do with illegal immigrants?

^ Many illegal immigrants are sneaking into Europe claiming they are Syrians, while they are not.

Also this Syrian Girls says that US media try to portray even Sub-Saharan immigrants as Syrians.

There should be some system of border control separating real refugees from seekers of benefits.

I don't know how many of the men are refugees from Syria and Iraq versus just economic refugees from Pakistan and Afghanistan, or North Africa and Africa, but for the men who are economic refugees, this is a typical migration pattern followed in the US, for example, by many of the immigrants who started to arrive at the end of the 19th century. The men, fathers of families, came first, to find a job, start sending some money back home for immediate needs, and save the rest for setting up some small apartment for the family that would be sent for later. Young single men also come, because there is no way they can ever accumulate enough assets at home to marry.

I would imagine that it's a different story if you're a Syrian Christian or Yazidi. I don't see how you could leave your family, particularly your women, behind. You might not be able to protect them, but I would assume you would want to try...

So, maybe the first thing that should be done is process the family groups.
 
If it wasn't for densely populated urban modern Europe, unfiltered movements of Middle Easterns would make as big of an impact as Steppe ones did between 2800-2500 BC. 8,000 years ago was arrival of EEF, 4,800 years ago was arrival of Steppe, now would be arrival of Middle Easterns. I'm surprised that Moses didn't get arrested because I see a legend repeat itself. I feel like the Christians have no other choice. It's either immigrate to Europe or all the girls get raped and all Christians gets their heads chopped off.
9/11 is just child's play compared to what's going on over there, just thinking about it gives me the shivers.

If it were up to me, I'd say let them in and send them in for counseling and to take a hard look on weather the passports are fake. If the passports are fake, than I'd agree that the person should get arrested but not deported; deporting would be a death sentence; a cruel and unusual punishment for lying.

if they have paasports, they can not enter EU
they drop their pappers at sea just before arrested,
they are considered as shipwrecked and they are treated by such laws

Man the laws for shipwrecked castaway etc for assylum are different than the ones who migrate with passports

a shipwrecked has temporary assylum for few months, at least as long investigation is running.
a man caught with passports does not have that priviledge,

If I sink to a country and have no pappers, that country is obliged to feed me and not send me to jail,
until they find who I am, and judges decide about the shipwreck case,

Quite an interesting change of light, this is the first time I've seen or read Isis migrants on the news. Yes, perhaps we should screen out the right people and ally with the "true refugees" Although I feel like we are going to need to create military brigades.

Russia just finished building a new military airport in Syria. Russians will send their troops to support Assad. I wonder what is Putin's true intention? 100 dollar barrel of oil? All we need is bigger mess in Near East.

you were a refugee and had nothing to hide for the Canadian athourities, you could show them your passport and were recognized as refugee

now many are arriving in Europe who claim to be refugees looking for assylum but in fact aren't
they don't want to present their passport as they want to conceal their true story and identitiy

I don't say you should trust the Russians.
But dismissing this chance in 2012 and believing you can find better solutions just proves how bad they assessed the situation in Syria (and the whole Middle East) and how much they overestimated themselves.

There are war criminals in power in the Middle East, but you can't replace them just like that and leave a vacuum.
You need someone there in charge with brutal power in charge to prevent new religuous or intertribal wars.

Le Broke I have EU/GR passport,

if I get caught at a non EU country. with out entrance date at state computer I am quilty, and send to prison or judges

If I get sunk outside a country and declare that I lost passport at the sink, I am not illegal, but shipwrecked, and the laws are different, I am not Illegal until judge about the shipwreck is finished

Stopping immigration or thinking about how integrate them are just trying to cure side effect of deadly illness. They are side effects, the real problem is war.
