mtDNA of all Forum Users

You can add me as a K1a.

Am I indeed the only N1 carrier on eupedia?

I truly am all alone.

I was doing a general overview of the mtdna section and collected mtdna from several forum users.

The list is now very complete and updated with many of those who have published their mtdna somewhere on the forum

There is an Iberian user that is not in the list (AlfonsoVIII), he is a Spanish friend:

Nice to see there are other H1c3 lads.

Your mtdna(female) ancestors are from USA?
I can't trace my maternal line outside of the US but if it helps they are from the south. King and Queen County, Virginia, British Colonial America is as far back as I can trace them.
I would guess they were from Kent, England.

Below my mtDNA full sequence matches.
The number of generations are from a FTDNA source, but I think they underestimate the number of generations per mutation.

my fathers mother
mtDna = T2b17

my paternal grandfather Mtdna = T1a1e

FTDNA has new mtDNA Discover reports, among other new features, like an updated mtDNA haplogroup.

Example of the new mtDNA Discover reports for my mtDNA haplogroup.

Still waiting.
FTDNA has not yet completed the analysis of my mtDNA further downstream

But judging by the new subclades created by Mitotree FTDNA, I believe everything is heading towards confirmation by FTDNA of the same subclade already confirmed a long time ago in mitochondrial Yfull in my specific case. Of course, this will be nice.

I'm in the same situation, Yfull assigned me the subclade H6a1b2y, FTDNA should go in the same direction.

I will then wait for my branch update on mtdna
