Yep! My matrilineal line is of Sub-Saharan descent and my patrilineal line is (presumably) of Portuguese descent.
I couldn't go much far back on the MTDNA line though, African-Brazilian genealogy is very difficult to actually advance.

YFull released my predictive haplogroup as L-Y109374*! I think that me and the other Brazilian will probably form one new branch when my results are completely processed.

My matches are him (who is of Portuguese descent), then an Norwegian and an Swede.
Intriguing, to be honest.
