K12b aDNA (Dodecad K12b)

Thought of something cool, we can possibly update the AADR with new samples that didn't make the cut yet. Which would be extraordinary. We would just need the raw data files in 23andme format. Then with plink we could follow the procedure I listed in the Admixtools2 tutorial. I'm pretty sure the BAM files are already aligned to HG19.
Hi Jovialis, here is a link to the 1240K plink Collegno_2024, I tested it by merging it with the new AADR that I previously converted into plink format and it worked.

I have downloaded my raw data. What can I do with them? I see you guys are quite familiar with these calculators...

My results, I hope I did it right.

Hello HereToLearn
I could see that you have your K12b coordinates. If yet not, just follow these steps to obtain it. Upload your raw data to the Gedmatch tool. Dodecad K12b coordinates have 12 numerical positions separated by commas. For example, this is the Dodecad K12b result for Kit F999918 which contains the raw data for the Loschbour man

The Loschbour coordinates would be:

Loschbour _Dodecad_K12b,0,0,0,0,30.57,68,87,0,0,0,0.35,0,0.21

Note that where is no data (“-“), it is entered as (“0”).

Once you have obtained your Dodecad K12b coordinates from GEDMATCH you can compare yourself to ancient populations using as a source individuals from the file in the link below, where are the coordinates produced for ancestral individuals here on Eupedia through the statistical admixture and PCA tools provided by Vahaduo.

hi there

do you have a notepad version of that coordinate list? I've made several attempts to get my results in admixture studio tool designed by DNA Genics, but it constantly keeps calculating extremely long and it starts freezing
