thecid site is dead?

I'm only recently starting to do more research on my family and my ancestral genetics and a resource that comes up frequently for mtdna W is thecid.com, which appears to be defunct at this time. Internet archive is still reasonably decent to navigate many of the resources previously published, but this feels tenuous and incomplete.

I can't help but wonder if maybe the owner has simply moved the domain?

Any input would be most interesting. Thanks in advance.
