J2-M410 in Shakya clan has a founder effect, and the autosomal indicates that they have Central Asian autosomal similar to Iran. In fact, the Aryans in India have always had J2, and the frequency is not low.

I always thought M410 (J2a) was Neolithic in origin in India and did not come with the Aryan invasion, there is some J2a in central Asia but it is a minority lineage.

Iranians Neolithic farmers did expand all the way to the Indus valley and a bit further into Western India. But the Indo-Aryans picked up considerable percentages of J2a in Central Asia before moving into India. So J2a in South Asia is of both Iranian Neolithic and Bronze Age Indo-Aryan origin.
