Does Y-DNA influence one's looks after all?

much more like my dad don't look at all like
my mother
 
I look more like my mother than my dad.
 
It definitely does, it is just not that much compared to the rest of the chromosomes a person has.
I would say it particularly influences the eyes and facial expressions more, men with the same Y haplogroup tend to express the same vibe through their eyes and their behaviors, even if they have totally difference phenotypes.
