Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS as seen from my apartment balcony right now. Filmed with a cell phone, the city light and twilight make the comet's tail invisible to the naked eye. But the brightness of the nucleus and coma are clearly visible to the naked eye. It is much brighter than the planet Venus could ever be to the naked eye. Another visit of this comet will not be until 80,000 years from now, when I don't even know if humanity will still be around.
