Anybody knows the reason why it appears such crazy genetic distances ?

I tested my friend in Ftdna and after recieving results i download raw file and ordered G25 coordinates.
Here it is her coordinates:
Scaled,0.060326,0.099522,0.059208,0.043928,0.035083,0.013108,-0.0047,-0.006,0.004295,-0.006014,-0.00341,-0.001499,0.006392,0.012111,-0.003122,0.008486,0.007823,0,0.003394,-0.002501,-0.003743,-0.003091,0.011216,-0.003374,0.00012

But clearly it´s shows weird distance and related populations ..

It´s problem of ftdna file or what can be the reason for it?
What can i do in this case to recieve proper results or file if the reason of error is ftdna raw file?

The only thing I can think of is make sure that you are using scaled coords in the source tab.

She is Brazilian,with Polish ancestors in majority,maybe she had in some line African background too,but she doesn´t have information about it.

She may want to try testing with a couple other companies and getting coordinates from her dna files from there.
