Haplogroups C2b-F845 and N1b-cts582 may be the original ANEA and Yellow River populations. They were found in the yangshao site and were closely associated with sino-tibetan. The earlier the site, the more F845 and CTS582 were unearthed. Later, sino- tibetan From 5000 years ago, it was more associated with O-F8, because F8 expanded greatly. The Tujia people may be a prehistoric branch separated from the Yangshao culture, and the Tujia language belongs to the earliest sino-tibetans.

CTS845 and N1b-cts582 might be original sino-tibetan speakers?
