Country flags are back

Country flags stopped working for a few weeks after the upgrade to Xenforo 2.3. They are now operational again. You'll notice that they're now displayed under the avatar. This way they also show up in the mobile version.

FYI country flags are assigned automatically based on the user's IP address.

Done. Still no country flags. Seems like Kirgonix Pereira has the same problem.

I am using a laptop. No country flags anywhere.

Ok I understood the problem. Many user groups were not displaying country flags by default. It should work now.
