I got such a message and tried again without the link but still it won’t let me post anything. Keeps showing the same link message but I haven’t included any links whatsoever.

This happened to me, as well. Then I noticed I had used the symbol for "and" (such as the one used for email links) in my post for a purpose other than a link.

I got rid of the "and" symbol......then the post went right thru.
