    Building a database, here is the current summary ('összesen' means 'sum'/'all'): ~10% seems to be steppe related (excluding Slavic, Germanic and E-V13 ones, which can also come from there tbh). ~8% is R-CTS1211 or its subclades. ~7% is I-L621 or its subclades. Close to 35% is unidentifiable...

    Database for ancient DNA comparison ab. 200'000 SNPs

    Hi there, I succeeded in sequencing ancient autosomal DNA from a far relative, with a result of about 200'000 SNPs. But neither GEDMatch or other database accept this upload because they need almost 500k SNPs... Does someone know if there are worldwide databases to make random comparisons...
