I found in the Alps two words, whereof at least one must be of a Semitic substrate, maybe both:
1. bĕroth (Aram.), burasu (Assyr.), bĕrosh (Hebr.) || breze, bremva, brenga, breyngon, brea (← *breda), brata, brin?ul, brin?ul, brondyon ("conifer, larch, fir, cembro");
2. bayt, bet || bait...
