How would you model central Italians on qpadm? Could italic+east med+germanic be a good model?

In your opinion, what is the best qpadm model for central Italy? Which proxies would you use?

because some time ago a guy sent me a g25 model for central and southern Italians with Israel ia as a proxy, obviously I can't say the name of this guy, but he told me that central and southern Italians should be modeled with Levantine DNA, I had suspicions that he was wrong.

I never used qpadm and never modeled any modern population, so i wanna ask, How can I best model Central Italians on qpadm? Do they need a Levantine IA proxy to be modeled, or would a three-way model Italic+Anatolian East Med+Germanic work well without a levantine ia proxy ?

I don't think the Passa maps are very reliable, they show white areas in Piedmont, Liguria, northern Lombardy, and they also date back to 2016
